At EduWing Bangladesh, we are committed to providing high-quality visa consultation and processing services. We value our customers and strive to ensure transparency in all transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.

2. General Refund Terms

EduWing Bangladesh offers refunds under specific conditions, as outlined below. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.1 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Consultation Fees – Fees paid for career counseling, visa consultation, or advisory services.
  • Processing Fees – Administrative and documentation processing charges.
  • Government & Visa Application Fees – Any fees paid directly to embassies, universities, or government agencies.
  • Third-Party Fees – Payments made to external service providers such as language training institutes, job placement agencies, or travel assistance.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • If EduWing Bangladesh is unable to proceed with an application due to an internal issue (e.g., processing error, unforeseen circumstances from our side).
  • If the client cancels the service before processing begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.

2.3 No Refund in the Following Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Visa Rejection – If the visa is denied by the embassy due to false information, incomplete documentation, or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
  • Client-Initiated Cancellation – If the client voluntarily decides to cancel the process after work has begun.
  • Failure to Respond – If the client does not provide the required documents or respond to requests in a timely manner.
  • Change of Mind – Refunds will not be issued if the client decides not to proceed after making payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request – Email us at refunds@eduwingbd.com with your full name, payment details, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review Process – Our team will review the request and respond within 10 business days.
  3. Refund Approval or Rejection – If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
